Corey MacDonald, Esq. is an accomplished legal professional and former law enforcement officer with extensive experience in both fields. Currently serving as Community Coordinator/Counsel at Goonies House, LLC, since February 2023, MacDonald also founded Black Lion Services, PLLC, and has been the founder of MacDonald Law, PC, since December 2005. As General Legal Counsel for USA Rugby since January 2019, MacDonald provides legal counsel to the national governing body of rugby in the United States. Additional roles include Outside General Counsel for Immundiagnostik, Inc., MatMarket, and Advanced Manufacturing Group, and previously held the position of Deputy Chief of Police in Portsmouth, NH, for 18 years. MacDonald’s educational background includes a Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law and a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Mount Washington College, complemented by a certificate from Harvard Kennedy School.

Established in 1975, USA Rugby is the governing body for the sport of rugby in the United States and a Full Sport Member of the United States Olympic Committee.
