David Chapman is an experienced rugby coach and program developer, currently serving as the Rugby Program Developer and Men's/Women's Head Coach at Niagara University since May 2023. With a robust history in rugby administration, David holds multiple positions including Commissioner and Deputy Commissioner for the Liberty Rugby Conference, focusing on the facilitation and enhancement of competitive opportunities for numerous teams. As Chairperson of National Collegiate Rugby, David collaborates with governing bodies to support various competitions.
