Dennis Clements is a seasoned project engineer and rugby coach with extensive experience in engineering and construction management. Currently serving as the Glen Ellyn Ducks Rugby Coach for USA Rugby since February 2019, Dennis has a notable track record of coaching five-time state champions in varsity rugby. Professionally, Dennis holds dual roles at ESI Consultants, Ltd as a project engineer and resident engineer since March 2018, and has previously held project management positions at various companies, including Engineering Resource Associates, Inc. and SE3, contributing to significant infrastructure projects such as the West Branch DuPage Regional Trail and the reconstruction of the North Tri-State Tollway. With a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Illinois State University, Dennis combines engineering expertise with leadership skills honed through years of coaching.
