Junior National Team (u18 Boys) Head Coach at USA Rugby

Dom Wareing is an experienced rugby coach and strength and conditioning professional currently serving as the backs and attack coach at Dartmouth College since September 2022. Simultaneously, Dom holds the position of head coach for the U18 Boys Junior National team with USA Rugby, a role started in March 2021. Previous coaching experiences include head coach for Old Blue RFC, LLC from June 2018 to November 2022, and director of youth development at Play Rugby Inc from October 2007 to November 2022. Additionally, Dom has served as the director of coaching and head strength and conditioning coach for the North East Rugby Olympic Development Academy between May 2013 and January 2019, and as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for Northampton Saints from 2004 to 2007. Dom's educational background includes studies at the University of Northampton and training in 3D sports life coaching.
