Emilie Bydwell

Women's 7s Head Coach at USA Rugby

Emilie Bydwell has significant experience in coaching and leadership within the rugby community. Currently serving as the Women's 7s Head Coach and High Performance Director - Women at USA Rugby since January 2018, Bydwell has previously held the position of Director of Rugby at Atavus from June 2012 to January 2018. Prior to this, Bydwell worked as a teacher at High Tech High from September 2011 to June 2012 and as a research technician at Harvard Medical School from July 2008 to August 2011. Bydwell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Human Biology from Brown University in 2008.
