Irene Gardner

Irene Gardner is an accomplished professional in the fields of rugby coaching and nutrition, currently serving as an Assistant Rugby Coach at Stanford University and the Founder of Legends Rugby Academy. Irene also holds the position of Head Coach for the Women's High Performance 7s Pathway with USA Rugby and the Professional Rugby 7s Coach for the Experts women's team under Premier Rugby Sevens. Additionally, Irene has extensive experience as a Registered Dietitian specializing in Sports Nutrition at IG Nutrition & Performance and Kaiser Permanente, alongside previous roles as the Head Coach of the University of San Francisco Women's Rugby team and a Personal Trainer. Irene's educational background includes a BS in Nutritional Science from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MS in Human Nutrition from The University of Alabama.
