Joshua Macy is an accomplished rugby professional currently serving as the Director of Rugby and Head Men's Rugby Coach at Lindenwood University since September 2016. Macy is also a Collegiate All-American Scout and Assistant Coach for Men's Collegiate All-American Sevens with USA Rugby, contributing to the development of top collegiate sevens players. Experience includes coaching at US Collegiate Development Camps and serving as a founding member and first captain of the Asociación Guatemalteca de Rugby. Previous roles include Head Men's Rugby Coach at American International College, where Macy established both men's and women's rugby programs, and Assistant Director at Inter-American School of Quetzaltenango.
