Mike Witter

Mike Witter is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience as a Senior Partner at Capitol, LC since January 1996, where Mike has successfully collaborated with multi-million dollar commercial construction corporations on various projects. Additionally, Mike has been involved with USA Rugby as both a coach and player since October 1976, emphasizing physical fitness. Previously, from January 1998 to 2011, Mike served as CEO of Business Administration, Inc., overseeing client bookkeeping, accounting, and human resources. Mike Witter holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute, earned between 1974 and 1978, and a high school diploma from Annandale High School, obtained in 1974.
