Rachel Ehrecke currently serves as the Assistant Coach for the University of Denver Men's Rugby team, a position held since August 2023. In addition, Rachel is the Head Coach for rugby clinics at Glendale Youth Rugby since June 2022 and has been a national team player for USA Rugby since January 2020. Rachel's professional rugby experience includes a stint as a player with Darlington Mowden Park Rugby Football Club Limited from January to June 2023. Prior to their coaching and rugby career, Rachel worked as a Case Manager at Xpand Legal Consulting, LLC from November 2022 to April 2024, and held various roles in sales and insurance at Transamerica, C & L Companies, and Family Heritage Life Insurance Company from 2016 to 2020. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Penn State University in 2018.

Currently headquartered in Glendale, Colorado, USA Rugby is charged with developing the game on all levels and has more than 100,000 active members across the Youth, High School, College and Senior Club level. USA Rugby oversees four senior national teams, multiple junior national development programs and an emerging Olympic development pathway for elite athletes.
