Ryszard Chadwick is an experienced rugby coach and educator currently serving as the Commissioner for the Women’s D1 Elite at the College Rugby Association of America since August 2023. Ryszard has held various roles including Head Coach for Women’s Rugby at Life University, a member of the Global Core Team for U MATTER, and National Age Grade Coach for USA Rugby since April 2014. Ryszard is also a Coach Educator for World Rugby, the founder of The Rugby Advantage, and has consulted for Old Blue RFC. Previous coaching roles include Assistant Coach at Rugby ATL and Head Coach for the Women's Premier League and 7's with the New York Rugby Club. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Coaching Science and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Coaching from Hartpury University and College, complemented by a Level 3 Extended National Diploma in Sport from Liverpool Community College.
