Jonathan Delgado

Jonathan Delgado has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Jonathan began their career at Caterpillar Inc. as an HR Data Analyst and a PeopleSoft Data Services Process Support Rep II. In 2011, they moved to Dell, where they worked as a Payroll Analyst. In 2015, they joined Tax Pros Group as an Income Tax Preparer Business Partner and Sitel as a Customer Service Manager. Most recently, they have been an Inside Sales Specialist and Customer Service Specialist for USA Scientific since 2018. In their roles, they have been responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. Jonathan has also managed daily Grief Reports and worked closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure Sarbanes Oxley requirements were met.

Jonathan Delgado obtained their High School Diploma from Copperas Cove High School in 1996. Jonathan then went on to receive a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá in 2008, majoring in Business Administration and Management, General.
