Simon March

Simon March serves as the Chief Operating Officer for USA Sport Group, United Soccer Academy, and US Sports Institute since March 2001. In this role, Simon is responsible for the daily operations across multiple sports divisions, including soccer, tennis, basketball, and lacrosse, overseeing over 2,000 camps and programs that cater to more than 38,000 children annually. Simon manages a team of 20 Regional Directors and up to 180 coaching staff, focusing on clear goal-setting and expectations. Additionally, Simon analyzes customer feedback and company performance to enhance profitability and productivity, actively seeks new business opportunities, fosters strong client relationships, and ensures the adherence to core company values through exceptional service delivery.
