Daniel Lynch has extensive experience in various roles within the swimming and product development sectors. Currently serving as Director at Swim Stroke Doctor, LLC since 2012, Daniel has developed an innovative underwater video system and emphasizes water safety. As a Sales and International Sourcing, Product Development, and Quality Assurance professional at DVL, Inc since 2000, Daniel has contributed to numerous projects. Daniel also holds significant officiating roles, including NCAA Swimming Official and USA Swimming Official since 2005. As the Director of Daniel Lynch Celtic, Daniel designs Irish, Celtic, and Scottish products. Previously, Daniel acted as CFO for Disability Rights Now, advocating for individuals with disabilities in the legal field. Furthermore, Daniel served as Past President of the Intersuburban Swim Conference and worked for Humphreys Inc as National Sales and Marketing Manager. Educational qualifications include a BA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

As the National Governing Body for the sport of swimming in the United States, USA Swimming is a 400,000-member service organization that promotes the culture of swimming by creating opportunities for swimmers and coaches of all backgrounds to participate and advance in the sport through clubs, events and education. Our membership is comprised of swimmers from the age group level to the Olympic Team, as well as coaches and volunteers. USA Swimming is responsible for selecting and training teams for international competitions including the Olympic Games and strives to serve the sport through its core objectives.
