Joshua Sheng

Joshua Sheng is an experienced food service professional currently serving as a Food Server at Genji Novi since June 2022. With a background in sports officiating, Joshua has been a Sports Referee for the National Collegiate Taekwondo Association, USA Taekwondo, and AAU Taekwondo since 2019. Prior roles in the food industry include Head Waiter at Sushi Den, where Japanese conversational skills facilitated communication with foreign customers, and Food Runner at China Cafe, where Mandarin skills were utilized. Joshua is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management at the University of Michigan, with an expected graduation in April 2024, after completing a high school diploma at Novi High School in May 2020.
