David Baratz

David Baratz is an experienced photo editor and photographer with a career spanning several decades. Since January 2013, David has worked as a Photo Editor at USA TODAY, while also running David Baratz Photography since 2002. Prior roles include Senior Photo Editor at USA WEEKEND Magazine from October 2001 to December 2014, and Manager of Photo Services at Discovery Communications from 1995 to 2001. David's early career included an account executive position at The Widmeyer Group from 1993 to 1996. David Baratz earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania from 1987 to 1990, and completed coursework at the University of California, Santa Cruz in 1986.
