Jordan Culver

Jordan Culver is a seasoned journalist with extensive experience in editorial roles at prominent news organizations. Currently serving as the social justice editor at USA TODAY since May 2019, Jordan oversees national coverage plans and coordinates editorial efforts across various teams. Previously, as the morning breaking news editor, Jordan managed and coached reporters, shaping the daily tone for the Nation team. Before joining USA TODAY, Jordan worked as a breaking news reporter and beat writer for the Orlando Sentinel, covering the Orlando City Soccer Club. Earlier experiences include serving as a sports writer for the Tallahassee Democrat, focusing on local college athletics, and reporting for The Ledger, including internships and freelance work. Jordan holds a degree from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
