Russ Torres is the Vice President of Video & Strategy at USA Today. Russ has extensive experience in the media industry, having served as the Head of Yahoo Studios, the Head of Original Video for Yahoo! News & Finance, and the Director of News for BET Networks. Russ has also worked as a producer for the NBC Today Show and Weekend Today.

Russ Torres has a long history of working in the media industry. Russ began their career as a producer for the NBC Today Show and Weekend Today. Russ then moved on to become the Director of News for BET Networks. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all news operations for the network. After three years at BET Networks, they joined Yahoo! as the Head of Original Video for Yahoo! News & Finance. In this role, they oversaw all video production for Yahoo! News and Finance. After three years at Yahoo!, they were promoted to Head of Yahoo Studios. In this role, they were responsible for leading the development and execution of original programming and production strategies for Yahoo Studios. Russ also oversaw the day-to-day operation of 40 programs.

Russ Torres is currently the Vice President of Video & Strategy at USA Today. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing all video production for the company. Russ also works closely with advertisers to create dynamic digital video programs.

Russ Torres graduated from Temple University with a BA in Political Science and then attended Fordham University School of Law, where they earned their JD.
