Amanda Pasko, MS, MPH, RD, is a seasoned professional in nutrition and sports performance, currently serving as the Science Content Editor at BetterMe since February 2024. Amanda contributes as a bi-monthly writer for USA Track & Field, focusing on nutrition for athletes. As an Executive Committee Member of the Women’s Commission, Amanda holds positions as Secretary and Treasurer while founding the Perform: 24 Program, aimed at enhancing athletic health through education.
