Amanda Pasko, MS, MPH, RD, is a seasoned professional in nutrition and sports performance, currently serving as the Science Content Editor at BetterMe since February 2024. Amanda contributes as a bi-monthly writer for USA Track & Field, focusing on nutrition for athletes. As an Executive Committee Member of the Women’s Commission, Amanda holds positions as Secretary and Treasurer while founding the Perform: 24 Program, aimed at enhancing athletic health through education. Amanda also works as an Outpatient Nutrition Education Specialist for WakeMed and is an accomplished post-collegiate track and field athlete with world championship titles. In addition, Amanda founded AP Nutrition & Performance, LLC, and has contributed articles to Brainz Magazine, reaching a wide audience. Education includes a Master's in Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Science in Nutritional Epidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
