Mark Heckel

Mark Heckel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in web design, instructional design, and track and field officiating. As the owner of MACH2K since 1995, Mark specializes in freelance web design and custom graphics, as well as creating e-learning content. Mark has also owned TFO Training Associates since 2013, focusing on online training for track and field officials globally. An exemplary track and field official with USA Track & Field since 1987, Mark holds the title of Master Official and has served in various roles, including Meet Director and Vice Chairman for Training. Additionally, Mark has worked as a broadcaster for the Pennsylvania Cable Network and has held instructional design positions at The Pennsylvania State University and the Clean Energy Center at Pennsylvania College of Technology. Mark is an alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University, holding both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Music Education.
