Allison Beck

Allison Beck is currently the Women's National Team Operations Manager at USA Water Polo, overseeing budgets and compliance with the Women's Senior National Team Program. Allison also holds multiple roles at SET Water Polo Club, including Club Manager and Director Of Operations/Head Coach/Athlete Safety Officer. With a strong background in water polo, Allison has experience as an Assistant Coach at Laguna Beach High School and in various leadership roles at Silverfox America, Incipio Group, and KAP7 International, Inc. Allison's expertise in program leadership, strategic planning, and marketing initiatives have contributed to the success of the organizations Allison has been a part of.
