Marty Samuels has extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Strategic Advisor and previously as Chief Operating Officer at USA Water Polo since February 2013, Marty has also worked as an Independent Consultant from January 2012 to January 2013. As CEO of Hybrid Apparel from March 2011 to November 2011 and a Consultant at Loeb & Loeb LLP, as well as at La Jolla Group in 2009, Marty has consistently demonstrated expertise in management. A notable tenure as President Americas at Quiksilver from 1996 to 2009 complements experience as Executive Vice President at No Fear and Vice President/GMM at Miller's Outpost, further solidifying a strong background in retail and consumer goods. Marty began a career at Mervyn's, contributing significantly from 1973 to 1986, following a BA in Economics from Colgate University.

USA Water Polo
USA Water Polo, Inc. is the national governing body for water polo in America, overseeing our United States Olympic program as well as 20 different championship events annually, such as Junior Olympics and Masters Championships. With more than 50,000 members, USAWP is also the sanctioning authority for more than 400 tournaments nationwide. USAWP is committed to the development of the sport nationwide. It fosters grass-roots expansion of the sport, providing a national system of affiliated clubs, certified coaches and officials. Mission Statement: The Mission of USA Water Polo shall be to grow the sport of water polo throughout the United States and win gold medals in Olympic, World Championship, and Pan American Games. Goals: Win gold medals in the sport of water polo at the Summer Olympic Games, Pan American Games, Federation Internationale de Natation ("FINA") World Championships, and other international competitions.
