Sports Performance Coach at USA Weightlifting

Brittney Barrie is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in physical therapy, sports performance coaching, and higher education. Since December 2019, Brittney has served as the President and Director of Hoperations for BarrieHaus Beer Co. Simultaneously, Brittney has been a Sports Performance Coach for USA Weightlifting since June 2014. Previous academic roles include Assistant Professor and Associated Faculty at the University of South Florida from September 2018 to August 2021 and Adjunct Faculty Lecturer in the University of Florida's Department of Physical Therapy from August 2016 to May 2018. Brittney has also worked as a Physical Therapist at UF Health from July 2013 to July 2018, specializing in Pediatric Orthopedics and Olympic weightlifting. Educational qualifications include a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Florida, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology and a minor in Business Administration.
