Carolina Paredes-Cox serves as the CFO at Beast Coast Tree Climbers since December 2021 and holds multiple coaching certifications, including Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist at Girls Gone Strong and Master Life Coach at Healthy Strong & Happy. Carolina is also a Nutrition Coach with both Precision Nutrition and the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a Level 1 Weightlifting Coach with USA Weightlifting. Additionally, Carolina has been a Health Coach and Certified Personal Trainer since 2016, alongside owning Healthy Strong And Happy AF and being a Certified Obstacles Specialist with Spartan Race. Carolina's extensive experience in health and fitness is complemented by a background as a Group Exercise Instructor at the YMCA of Western North Carolina from 2015 to 2020, and an educational foundation from the University of Alaska Anchorage and Robert Service High School in Anchorage, AK.
