Joseph Bilski

Joseph Bilski is a seasoned professional in strength and conditioning with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the United States Space Force since June 2024, Joseph has also been a referee for USA Weightlifting since November 2017. Prior roles include serving as Site Lead for LMR Technical Group at Fort Drum and Base Lead at Reef Systems Corp, where responsibilities encompassed contract support and coaching. Joseph's early career features positions as a sports performance coach at Southern University and facility management at Spectrum Fitness Club Inc, alongside a project internship at Pennington Biomedical Research Center. Educationally, Joseph holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Southeastern Louisiana University and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
