Ursula Papandrea serves as the 1st Vice President and Interim President of the International Weightlifting Federation, with tenure beginning in May 2017. In parallel, Ursula has been involved with USA Weightlifting since May 1992, holding positions such as General Secretary, Olympic Weightlifting Coach (level 5), Director of International Relations, and President. Additionally, Ursula has served as a faculty member at Austin Community College since September 1994. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas State University, completed between August 1999 and May 2003, and a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Texas State University, earned from August 1995 to May 1998.
