Aaron Bend is an accomplished performance-focused executive currently serving as the AVP of P&C Modernization at USAA. With over 20 years of leadership experience in technology development, program management, and transformational change, Aaron has a proven track record of delivering results and fostering partnerships to enhance performance. Having held multiple leadership roles within USAA, including Executive Director and IT Director positions, Aaron has demonstrated expertise in large-scale modernization and relationship management. Aaron is also a veteran who served as a Program Manager and Production Manager in the U.S. Air Force and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
