Adalberto Ruiz

Adalberto (Albert) Ruiz, III is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering, management consulting, and process improvement across various industries, including manufacturing and government services. Currently serving as a Senior Business Architect and Senior Process Engineer at USAA since October 2016, Ruiz previously held roles such as Senior Management Consultant at ImpactX Solutions, LLC, and Project Engineer at Nexeo Solutions, LLC, where significant capital projects were managed. As Director of Engineering at Air Liquide Electronics, oversight of industrial engineering requirements at numerous sites was a key responsibility. Ruiz has also contributed to facility improvement and safety programs as Division Manager at Plexus Scientific and led operations as Startup Manager at Moses Lake Industries and Sony Semiconductor. A former Navy Officer, Ruiz holds a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and additional education in Strategy and Policy from the U.S. Naval War College.
