Adam Bishop

Adam Bishop is the Director of Process Ownership at USAA, where they have served since 2007. Previously, they held roles as Claims Director and Business Process Director at the same company, as well as Claims Manager at Progressive Insurance from 2002 to 2007. Adam began their career in the US Marine Corps as a Non Commissioned Officer from 1994 to 1998 and worked as a Claims Adjuster at Allstate. They earned a Master of Science in Risk Management from Florida State University and a Bachelor's degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Florida Atlantic University.
