Adeline Conover

Adeline Conover is a Senior User Experience Designer at USAA, where they design complex applications to enhance call center experiences. Their background includes communication design for a nonprofit, branding for boutique restaurants, and package design for household brands. In 2018, Adeline was recognized as one of GDUSA’s “Students-to-Watch” for their empathy, creative thinking, and work ethic. They are currently earning a Master of Arts in Applied Linguistics from the University of Massachusetts: Boston, aiming to combine their experience design expertise with a passion for language to create a more equitable environment.
