Alan Messegee

Alan Messegee, PMP, CSSBB, CPIM, is a dedicated continuous improvement leader currently serving as a Senior Process Engineer at USAA since 2018. Prior to this role, they worked as a Continuous Improvement/Lean Consultant for Starbucks, where they designed and delivered a Lean learning journey for IT employees. Alan's extensive experience includes positions as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Master Change Facilitator at Providence Health & Services, where they completed numerous projects and training initiatives that significantly improved operational efficiencies. They hold a B.S. in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and have pursued additional education in Information Systems at City University of Seattle.
