Alan Quinones is currently the Head of Fraud Operations at KeyBank, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Director of Operations in Fraud Detection and Prevention at USAA from 2013 to 2025. Alan has also worked as an Operations Manager at Travelers from 2012 to 2013 and as a Personal Lines Operations Manager at Nationwide Insurance from 2008 to 2012. Earlier in their career, they were the Executive Team Leader focusing on Guest Experience at Target from 2007 to 2008. Alan earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from Texas A&M University in 2005.
