Alan Trinh

Alan Trinh has extensive experience in product management and consulting within the insurance industry. At USAA, from August 2020 to December 2023, Alan served as a Product Management Analyst Consultant, focusing on data analysis for the P&C Property line and supporting product strategy development. Earlier at USAA, as a Product Management Manager, Alan contributed to achieving profit and growth targets in Virginia, Delaware, and West Virginia by analyzing large datasets and executing strategic actions. Prior to USAA, Alan held roles at Allstate, including Sr. Implementation Consultant and Sr. Field Product Management Consultant, where responsibilities included implementing new products and providing product insights to drive growth across multiple states. Alan's career began at Safeco Insurance as a Sr. Customer Service Representative, and Alan also gained early experience with a Creative Services Internship at Entercom Denver and a Communications Internship at Junior Achievement- Rocky Mountain, Inc. Alan earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Colorado Denver in 2009.
