Albert Chapman

Albert Chapman, SPHR, is a Regional Site Director at USAA, where they support over 2,500 employees across the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Previously, they served in various HR roles at USAA and Bechtel Oil, Gas, & Chemicals, where they managed HR strategies and programs impacting hundreds of employees.
