Alexis Manning

Alexis Manning, MBA, CIA, currently serves as Executive Director within the Enterprise Chief Information Office at USAA, overseeing end-to-end experiences and previously held roles including Executive Director of Operations and Planning and Chief of Staff. Prior to USAA, Alexis Manning worked at Discover Financial Services from October 2012 to July 2020, where responsibilities included Chief of Staff and Head of Strategic Planning for Global Products and Pricing, as well as positions in Legal Risk and Operations. Additionally, military service included tenures as Petty Officer First Class in the U.S. Navy Reserve and Staff Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. Academically, Alexis Manning earned an MBA in Leadership from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a BS in Psychology from Penn State University.
