Amanda Bleckley

Amanda Bleckley, a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, is a Continuous Improvement Leader currently serving as Experience Owner Lead at USAA since 2023. Previously, they held positions at USAA as a Senior Business Process Owner and at Grange Insurance as Auto Material Damage Appraiser Manager from 2008 to 2020. Amanda started their career as a Claims Adjuster at Progressive Insurance from 2003 to 2008. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Clayton State University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
