Ankoor Shah

Ankoor Shah is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leadership roles, currently serving as Director at USAA since March 2022. Previously, Ankoor held various positions at BNY Mellon from March 2011 to March 2022, culminating in the role of VP - Group Application Manager, where responsibilities included providing IT leadership across multiple financial applications and fostering a strong DevOps culture. Ankoor also excelled as VP - Technical Lead, managing a high-performance team to drive technology development and successfully integrating complex accounting systems. Earlier career experiences include positions at the Visiting Nurse Service of New York, Comforce, Gruner & Jahr USA, IBM, and Pricewaterhousecoopers. Ankoor holds an MS in Information Systems from Pace University and an undergraduate degree from the University at Albany.
