Asia Sapp

Asia Sapp has a diverse professional background with experience in claims adjustment, inside sales, and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Inside Property Adjuster at USAA since May 2025, Asia is responsible for investigating claims, evaluating coverage, negotiating settlements, and providing exceptional customer service. Previously, Asia held roles at State Farm as a Claims Specialist from March 2022 to March 2025, conducting thorough investigations into property claims and working closely with law enforcement on suspected fraud cases. Additional roles include Inside Sales positions at Cox Business, Choptank Transport, HD Supply, and TruGreen, as well as a Deli Clerk position at Publix Super Markets. Asia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.
