Becky Martinez

Becky Martinez, SPHR, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Executive Director of Human Resources Employee Relations at USAA, where they direct business strategy and operational performance related to Employee Relations, Payroll, and Quality Assurance. With a strong foundation in strategic planning and HR leadership, Becky has previously served as an Employee Relations Advisor and Director, consulting on sensitive employee issues and promoting organizational culture. They hold a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources from Our Lady of the Lake University.
