Ben Saine

Ben Saine is an experienced leader in the insurance and financial services industry, currently serving as the Director and Senior Experience Owner for Auto and Property Insurance at USAA, where they lead a team focused on enhancing customer experiences. They have previously held multiple roles at USAA, including Director of Digital/Technical Product Management and Lead Property Experience Owner, driving initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and streamline service processes. Before their career in insurance, Ben served as an Infantry Officer in the US Army from 1999 to 2006. They earned a B.S. in Chemistry and Life Sciences from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
