Biji John

Biji John serves as the Director of Cyber Security Engineering at USAA, bringing extensive experience from various leadership positions in technological and engineering sectors. Prior roles include Head of Development and Delivery at GlobeRanger, Service Development & Delivery at Ericsson, and Application Development Leader & Operation Support at Nortel Networks. Biji has also held senior software engineering and management roles, specializing in product line management and new product introduction at Sonus Networks. Educational accomplishments include a Certificate in Strategic Decision & Risk Management from Texas McCombs School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.
