Bill Riebe

Bill Riebe is a Senior IT Leader currently serving as the Director of Technology Business Management Office at USAA since 2021. With a strong background in strategic planning and project leadership, Bill has previously held senior management roles at Amgen, where they established a global operating model for end-user technologies and led change management initiatives. Prior to that, Bill was an IT Manager at Arizona Public Service, overseeing SharePoint and service management processes. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on IT Management from Western Governors University in 2021.
