Bob Wiley

Bob Wiley serves as the Director of Agile Product Management at USAA since September 2009, overseeing the delivery of business capabilities related to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Tax Reporting, and Court Order Operations while leading a team of Program/Project Managers. Prior roles at USAA include Directing Bank Tax & Court Order Operations, managing annual member tax reporting and regulatory adherence, and leading the Unified Command Center for situational awareness. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Cardinal Glass Industries and various roles in the United States Marine Corps, where Bob managed operations and trained military personnel across multiple teams. Academically, Bob holds a BS in Business Administration from The Citadel and an MBA in Finance from Grand Canyon University.
