Bobby Jones

Bobby Jones, CPCU, ChFC, CLU, MSML, is the Director of Claims Operations at USAA, where they oversee teams of over 150 reports and implement strategic operational plans. With over two decades of leadership experience, Bobby previously served as Operations Section Manager at State Farm, managing large-scale claims operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Bobby holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Management from Western Governors University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Business and Society at Wake Forest University.
