Brad Martindale

Brad Martindale has extensive experience in the technology and cybersecurity sectors, currently serving as the Director of the Cyber Threat Operations Center at USAA since September 2003. Martindale has held multiple leadership positions at USAA, including Director roles in Network Operations Center, Software Development, and Platform Infrastructure, as well as Senior Manager of DevOps and Lead Software Engineer. Prior to USAA, Martindale worked as a Lead Systems Engineer at Newisys, Inc. and a Senior Systems Engineer at Vignette Corporation. Early career roles include Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at CS STARS and Quality Assurance Engineer at USAA. Martindale began their career as an Information Technology Intern at Plains Cotton Cooperative Association after earning a B.B.A. in Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University.
