Brandy Hartwig, MBA, is an innovation and product leader currently serving as the Strategic Innovation Director at USAA. Previously, Brandy managed commercial lines underwriting at Nationwide Agribusiness Insurance Company and held multiple leadership roles at Nationwide Insurance, including Regional Sales Manager and Product Manager. With an extensive educational background, Brandy is pursuing further certificates in leadership and management from Duke University and the University of Notre Dame, and has obtained a Master’s degree from the University of Iowa, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Management from Iowa State University.
