Brett Baum

Brett Baum, PPMC, CPM, currently serves as a Lead Business Advisor at USAA, with a career spanning from April 2007 to the present. Brett has held multiple senior roles, including Program Manager Lead and Product Management Director, and contributed significantly as a Business Process Consultant Lead and manager of high-performing teams. Responsibilities involved developing leadership skills of Relationship Specialists and overseeing their professional growth. Earlier, Brett worked as a Sales Manager at Owens Corning, managing contractual agreements and sales operations in the Greater Phoenix area.
