Brett MacAllister

Brett MacAllister is an experienced leader in program management, enterprise data and analytics, and strategic execution. They have held various roles at USAA, including Business Strategy and Planning Director and Program/Project Manager, where they focused on data stewardship, management, and transformation. As a co-owner and co-founder of True Protection, Brett demonstrated a commitment to operational excellence and cross-functional team leadership. Currently pursuing an MS in Quantitative Management: Business Analytics from Duke University, they are passionate about leveraging technology, data, and strategy to drive transformation and executive decision-making.
