Carly Bradshaw

Carly Bradshaw is an experienced professional in claims operations with a career spanning from 2007 to the present. Currently serving as the Director of Claims Operations at USAA since April 2015, Carly's previous roles at the same company include Manager of Claims Operations, Injury Adjuster, Non-Injury Adjuster, and Total Loss Representative. Prior to USAA, Carly held the position of Operations Manager at Cymark Dealer Services and Business Development Manager at Stag Security Services Ltd. Carly began a career in learning and development as a Learning and Development Specialist at Broker Network.
