Carrie Powers, CRCM, is a Senior Compliance Risk Manager at USAA, where they oversee compliance for deposits and credit cards. Prior to this role, Carrie held various positions in compliance and operations management, including roles at Ditech Financial LLC and Santander Bank, N.A. They have contributed to the establishment of operational procedures and compliance frameworks throughout their career, including a contract position at SunTrust Bank aimed at supporting the bank's expansion. Carrie is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Enterprise Risk Management at Columbia University and has completed several relevant credentials, including a CORe Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online.
