Cassi Conrad-Lichtman

Cassi Conrad-Lichtman has extensive experience in the insurance and strategic partnership sectors, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Partnerships & New Distribution at USAA. Previously, Cassi held the position of Chief Insurance Officer at Sure and was Senior Vice President of Strategy & Operations at iptiQ by Swiss Re. Cassi also served as Senior Director of Insurance and Operations at Trōv, which was acquired by Travelers, and is the Principal Owner of Conrad Consulting. Cassi's educational background includes Executive Education in Innovation from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and training at the American Institute of Banking, School of Bank Marketing and Management.
